Celebrate Fall at Dollywood

Pigeon Forge is bursting will fun activities to celebrate fall. Whether you’re in the area to watch the leaves change or attend a local fall festivals, there’s plenty for the whole family to see and do.

Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’s award-winning theme park, offers year-round family fun. During the fall season, Dollywood hosts one of the area’s largest fall events, the Harvest Festival.

About the Harvest Festival

The Harvest Festival, presented by Humana, at Dollywood, is an opportunity for endless fall fun from Sept. 27 to Nov. 2. Not only will you have great views of the changing treetops within the Great Smoky Mountains, but the park will also have plenty of events and even specialty dining options within the park. The Harvest Festival has been voted “Best Theme Park Halloween Event” by USA Today’s 2019 Readers’ Choice Travel Awards.

Throughout the month of October, enjoy these events during the Dollywood Harvest Festival.

Great Pumpkin LumiNights

One of the highlights of the Harvest Festival is Great Pumpkin LumiNights. Find thousands of carved and illuminated jack-o-lanterns within the park. This year’s light show offers even more glow than ever before, including artistic sculptures and magical fall scenes.

Southern Gospel Jubilee

Watch live performances from talented gospel performers during the Southern Gospel Jubilee. Each day of the Harvest Festival will feature a free concert at the Celebrity Theater and The Pines Theater.

Singing News radio brings performances by The McNeils, Tony Gore, The Carolina Boys and more to The Valley Theater and Showstreet Palace Theater. Praise 96.3 FM will take over the Back Porch Theater with concerts from Eternal Vision, Foothills Quartet, Michael Wayne Smith and more.

Harvest Festival Crafters

The Tennessee Smokies region is known for its local artisans who create one-of-a-kind works. The Harvest festival will host these talented craftspeople, as well as others from other parts of the country, during the Harvest Festival Crafters.

Throughout the park, find these skilled craftspeople, along with Dollywood’s own staff, at booths showcasing jewelry, paintings, woodworking and more.

Harvest Festival Food Options

During the Harvest Festival, Dollywood will offer visitors exclusive dining options throughout the park. Try dishes and desserts, including a Sweet Potato Casserole, Pumpkin Spice Funnel Cake, Skillet Potatoes and even a buffet of harvest dishes.
