Sugarlands Distilling Wins Gold and Bronze for Best of Whiskey in the 2021 American Craft Spirits Awards
550 entries were submitted from 42 states across the country in seven main categories: whiskey, gin, rum, vodka & grain spirits, brandy, distilled specialty spirits, and ready to drink (RTD). In addition to a Best of Show and the Best in Class distinctions, the judging panel awarded 12 gold, 228 silver, and 242 bronze medals.
Sugarlands Distilling Company won Gold for Best Whiskey, Roaming Man Tennessee Straight Rye Whiskey and Bronze for Bristol Motor Speedway 60th Anniversary Corn Whiskey.
In 2019, Sugarlands Distilling Company took the fourth spot on the USA Today 10Best ranking of “Best Craft Whiskey Distillery” and second place on the list of “Best Craft Specialty Spirit Distillery.” These rankings, of all distilleries in the country, was decided by experts in distilled spirits.
