Tennessee Songwriters Week

Tennessee Songwriters Week supports local music venues and Tennessee-native songwriters with live performances in all genres of music. The goal is to inspire travelers to experience Tennessee’s musical stories and history.

Qualifying rounds take place at various venues across the state of Tennessee. The qualifiers in these rounds then advance to 7 showcase events in the following Tennessee cities: Memphis, Franklin, Portland, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Gatlinburg and Johnson City.

Several qualifying rounds are being held in and around Pigeon Forge. Locations include Hurshel’s Outfitters in Pigeon Forge on January 31, 2026, Ole Red in Gatlinburg on Feb 3 & 4, 2026, and Peaceful Side Brewery in Maryville on February 5, 2026.
