June is full of fun and exciting events all across the Tennessee Smokies, from Sevierville to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Whether you’re searching for family-friendly events, food and drink events, live music or free festivals, you’ll have plenty of options to choose. Here are our top five events happening in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.

June 1-11: Dollywood Flower & Food Festival

Dollywood’s Flower & Food Festival delights guests with hundreds of thousands of brilliant flowers making up numerous displays created by tremendously-talented horticulturists. This event is blooming with fun and discovery around every corner, thanks to larger-than-life sculptures including a butterfly umbrella, various animal scenes and even a depiction of Dolly’s mother quilting the Coat of Many Colors.

June 2-4 Pontiacs in Pigeon Forge Car Show

Come see some of the most gorgeous Pontiacs around at the annual Pontiacs in Pigeon Forge car show. The show features a Swap Meet and classic GTO’s, Firebirds, Fieros, Best in Show, Best in Stock and the Saturday Night Cruise. Be sure to bring the whole family to Pontiacs in Pigeon Forge! June 3: Gatlinburg Farmers Market

Offering local choices for healthy mountain living, the Farmers Market is open each Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 1222 East Parkway across from Food City from May through October. June 10-Sept 4: Summer in the Smokies

Enjoy a mountain of family fun at Anakeesta this summer. The Summer in the Smokies celebration begins June 10th and will feature Artist Sean Kenney’s Nature Connects, sculptures built with LEGO bricks. An exhibit with whimsically themed sculpture installations located throughout the park. Enjoy flavorful summertime menus and cocktails while taking in the very best live music at Black Bear Village where parents can relax and take in the views while kids cool off in the Splash Pad. This event is included with admission. You won’t want to miss the Smoky Mountain sunset from Anavista Tower or stroll on the Treetop Skywalk at night.

June 17-Aug 6: Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Summer Celebration

Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Summer Celebration is just that—a time to celebrate making memories with family at a place everyone enjoys! This summertime event gives families a unique chance to ride Dollywood’s world-class roller coasters, including Lightning Rod and Wild Eagle all day and well into the night! Once the sun sets, these rides will thrill guests as they race through the summer night not knowing which way the track will turn next!
